About Us
Burlington Propery Group is an established land and property developer with a proven track record. We are a growing, well-funded (and self-funded) business with a focus on maximising underutilised land and property. We specialise in the acquisition and development of brownfield sites in well-connected, sustainable locations that can be redeveloped to create exciting environments for people to live and work in.
Commercial Development
Burlington Commercial focuses purely on commercial property acquisitions. Through active asset management, Burlington Commercial looks to enhance and improve existing commercial property to maximise potential returns. Furthermore, we continue to explore existing commercial property that has longer-term development potential, whether for straight commercial or mixed-use redevelopment. As planning policy continues to move and adjust over time, we look to capture this by taking a longer-term view on existing commercial property.
Commercial Acquisitions
We are looking to grow our commercial property portfolio. Burlington Commercial is interested in acquiring commercial property even with an existing business or multiple businesses in situ.
We work with land and property owners with many different circumstances.
We do not rule anything out and believe that there is a solution for any challenge.
For example:
- Existing short term or longer terms tenants or tenancy agreements
- Rundown or dilapidated premises
- Those looking for quick asset disposal
- Sites which are no longer ‘fit for purpose’ for the owner/tenant
- Sites with previous failed planning applications
- Commercial property in green belt locations
- Sites with development protection legislation (for example employment protection)
